REFUNDS

  • We do not offer a return policy if you are not happy with the scent.  
  • We will replace your candle should the candle be damaged in the shipping process. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing, as we will repour the candle. We will require a picture of the shipping box and a picture of the damaged candle. Please email us a replacement request, proof of purchase and pictures of the damage.  Please email your request to:  [email protected].

Please do not send your damaged purchase back. Please discard all broken pieces after you have taken pictures. 

 

LATE OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If you haven’t received a notification of replacement by the 10th business day of your replacement request, Please reach out to us. 

REPLACEMENT

We will only replace items if they are damaged in shipping. We will not replace or exchange if you did not like the scent.
